What we collect
Your name, email, WhatsApp number, and details about your home (area, type, bedrooms, pool or garden, months away and any notes you add). We do not ask for sensitive data.
What we use it for
- To reply to your request and send you a quote.
- To contact you about your quote by WhatsApp or email.
- If you hire us, to provide the service: schedule visits, send reports and bill you.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell or share it with third parties. It is stored with service providers we use to run the business (for example, Google for email and documents), who process it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time. Write to homewatchtulum@gmail.com with your name and request, and we will reply within 20 business days.
