Questions owners ask
Do you rent out or manage my property?
No. We don’t do vacation rentals or guest management. We check on your home and tell you what we find.
What happens if you find a problem?
You hear from us the same day with photos: what happened, what we did and what we suggest. With your OK we coordinate a trusted vendor. Repairs are billed by the vendor.
How do you keep my keys safe?
Keys carry a client code only, never your name or address. Every entry is logged in your report.
How do I get the report?
By WhatsApp and email, the same day, with dated photos. It is built to read on your phone.
Can I pause visits while I’m in Tulum?
Yes. Send us your dates and we adjust the schedule.
